Easily Manage Your End User
Technology with Brass Valley
At Brass Valley, our guiding principle is to provide services that make life easier for business owners, managers, and IT professionals. IT asset disposition in the 21st century requires great care to protect both your data and your investment in hardware and software.

With more employees working from home than ever before, keeping track of laptops and other assets used by staff working remotely can be a challenge. From network threats to difficult or stubborn employees who are uncooperative about returning hardware.
Choosing Brass Valley as your ITAD and asset management services partner helps make managing end user technology easier.
Why End User Tech Management is a Mission-Critical Need
Efficient and precise asset management is essential for any modern business with employees who work from home, travel for business, or use company laptops and other equipment in the field. In 2024, tracking and processing your organization’s end-user technology is about more than simply controlling your overhead and avoiding lost or stolen equipment.
Sure, financial considerations are a big part of what drives the need for better asset management — but most people overlook other equally pressing concerns. We don’t.
Managing your end-user technology well is essential because:
You have thousands, if not millions invested in hardware outside your offices.
Work-from-home policies and travel have increased your exposure in recent years.
Laptops and equipment outside your office can be a vectors of attack or data breaches.
Without integrated ITAD services you will never receive maximum ROI from assets.

Harden Your Defenses by Managing Assets with Precision
For example, data security. Every laptop your company owns that is used in an employee’s home or out in the field is a piece of end-user technology that could leave your data at risk! A laptop that can connect to your company’s internal network and/or that holds sensitive data like client information, passwords, and so on is a potential vector of attack.
Brass Valley is perhaps best known for its uncompromising standards when it comes to data security. We are the only ITAD service provider we’re aware of that employs the same High-Reliabilty Organization practices used by the nuclear energy industry. What that means for you is that we never cut corners or take shortcuts when it comes to data destruction, ITAD services, or managing your end-user technology.
Our processes are meticulous. Our high standards are rigidly enforced – yet continuously evolve with the technology. Naturally, our customer service is second to none. As they say, it isn’t bragging if it’s true — and Brass Valley’s over 20 years of experience without a single data breach speaks for itself.
